Factory Village District
The "Factory Village District" was depicted in a 2003 Division of Historical Resources Determination of Eligibility Study for the N.H. Department of Transportation Route 140 project. Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1996 requires that for all Federally Funded projects due consideration of historical resources be considered.
The District is also being used to identify those properties that, in conjunction with Warrant Article 12, will be eligible for Community Revitalization Tax Relief if passed at the 2012 Town Meeting. More...
